Synopsis

Simon O'Brien hosts the series that gives people a chance to get on the property ladder. In each episode, we give two strangers the money to buy a house at auction and renovate it together, and - when they sell it - any profit that they make, they get to keep, to make the first step onto the property ladder. In this episode, electrician Sam and estate agent Eva meet just hours before buying a property together in Rugby. They have six months to renovate and sell it. Can they put their differences aside and make it a success?
