Psychological horror from writer\/director Billy Senese, produced by and starring Shane Carruth (Primer, Upstream Colour). When a man in an apparently catatonic state turns up mysteriously in a psychiatric ward, the head doctor admits him against ward policy. But it soon becomes clear that this patient's issues go way beyond mental health.
