Taxi driver Tommy complains of migraines, but Martin does not realise their significance until Tommy's wife Tasha collapses with the same symptoms during the Harbour Day celebrations. Tommy is driving the heavily pregnant Louisa to a routine hospital appointment - and Martin realises that she may be in serious danger.
