Synopsis
Marcelo Jarti, un célèbre révolutionnaire, est suspecté d'activités illégales par la Section 9, qui exerce une surveillance sur lui. Togusa le suit jusqu'à son hôtel, où Jarti rencontre Godo, un trafiquant de drogue local. Suite à une intervention policière qui tourne mal, Jarti et Godo parviennent à s'enfuir...
