Synopsis

Three more teams arrive for the final heat, competing for a place in the prestigious Grand Finale. This week, the teams must create exciting model train layouts on the fiendishly difficult theme of 'Waterworld'. Standing between the teams and the final are judges Steve Flint, railway royalty and editor of the UK's leading railway magazine 'Railway Modeller', and renowned master modeller and internationally acclaimed modelling vlogger, Kathy Millat. James Richardson and Tim Shaw present, while the creative masterminds trying to keep their heads above water are the tightknit traditionalists 'Wakefield RMS', the determined Scottish supremos 'Aberdeen Model Railway Club', and the pan-European entertainers 'Shunter Guys'.
