Synopsis

The show heads to Cambridge and Peterborough where Lisa and Jesue kick off the competition with an international menu. A tough crusted tart doesn't impress bickering partners Paul and Gareth and the presentation is also lacking for posh millennials Georgie and Alex. On day two Georgie and Alex cook up recipes devised by Alex's mum. The group discover that Alex is indeed a mummy's boy and even get the chance to talk with "mummy" during the meal. Finally, Paul and Gareth plan an Italian menu. Using crystals and visualisation techniques, they endeavour to serve their duck breast medium rare and hope that their mousse is fluffy. But things don't go to plan.
