The teenage daughter of a prominent businessman is kidnapped and the Special Investigation Section assigned to the case. Frank Rourke and Kyle Craig go to the parents' home and receive the kidnappers' call. However, the original kidnappers are killed by a group of female foreign assassins who now claim to have the girl and an assassin called Lina, a former member of Gaddafi's Amazonian Guard, ups the stakes. Frank thinks that this is more than just a kidnapping, and that the girl's father knows more than he is letting on.
