However, Ziva and the team discover her supposed assailant actually died of a heart attack days before the crime was committed. Meanwhile, suspicions are raised regarding the eyeball left in Tony's drink, and the investigators' attention is fixed on the port-to-port murderer, who appears to still be at large.
